Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEX, or UPS. Shipping is free for orders $100 and over.

My goal is to ship orders within 48 hours. Sometimes this is not possible because of supplies or time involved in making products or because there are orders ahead of yours! Please call me if you have an urgent order. In many cases, products are handcrafted when you order them. Every order receives special care and attention to detail.

Returns and Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, please let me know within two days of receipt of your order. You may return it for a replacement or refund. You may cancel an order by contacting us via our contact form.  Your credit card will be refunded the same business day and your bank will process the refund usually within 1 to 7 business days.  My goal is your happiness and a beautiful aromatherapy experience.
